Working with David and his team was a pleasure. We bought a new front door from them as well as a Lockly smart lock. Installation of the door was seamless - however there were some issues with connecting our smart lock to our router (that is more of a Lockly issue). We also re keyed our door to the garage to match the front door key. Additionally, they corrected our front screen door to properly close. Friendly staff and very supportive. Thanks for the great work!

Craig did a great job changing the keys at our house. Very nice gentleman, quite jovial while he works. He was honest and educated me as well. He did ask for my help on a couple things (I was his "apprentice"), which I didn't really expect, but he did so in a non-confrontational way and was professional.

I had an odd situation where my detached garage door was broken - inoperable and unopenable - and I do not have a side/service door. I called Suburban Lock and they had a technician at my house within a half hour. My technician, Johnny, went above and beyond. Not only did he figure out how to use the tiny keyhole at the top of my garage door that pulls out to release the door, he then spent a good amount of time trying to help me figure out how/why the garage door was not working. He spent far more time than need be helping me - not to mention the weather was single digits. Very appreciative of Johnny, his work ethic, and Suburban Locks customer service.
