My son wanted a new radio installed in his car. We initially got a quote from a Very well known place in Sayville. They gave us a quote and advised us what wouldn't work and what we would need to pay extra for. Louis at Sound Waves told us some things indeed may not work well but he will try and make it work! He advised us of his labor rate. What made him stand out was the fact that he called the radio manufacturer to get the 360 Camera to work along with the backup Camera. (Where the other store was telling us it wouldn't work and that we needed to purchase a new Camera) Last but not least after all work was done plus a purchase of an emergency backup key with a chip, it all came out to less than the popular Car tunes place in Sayville! Now that's working with the customer and making them feel like you tried and did everything you could before adding any additional charges or upgrades on equipment! Thanks Sound Waves!

I was a bit unsure about going here since their were no reviews on back up camera installation. The owner is really kind and the service is wonderful, however i will say the prices are very steap as compared to other locations that provide the same service. I was ok with paying more since this was a local spot and the owner was so kind.

I recently bought a 2018 Kia Sportage that didn’t have Apple Play. Louie at Sound Waves on Larkfield Rd in East Northport to the rescue. He installed a huge touch screen radio for me that had Apple Play and fit the car perfectly. Louie made sure all of the radio controls on the steering wheel and the backup camera still work with the new radio. Louie spent 20 minutes showing me how everything works and made sure everything worked with my phone. The new radio makes my car feel like an upgraded model. I highly recommend Louie at Sound Waves. He knows what he is doing. The quality of his products and work is excellent. Shown in the photos are my old radio and my new radio.
