Mike and his team at Audio Planet are the absolute best. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality and professionalism! I had an IID device installed in my car that started to give me some issues at the end of its cycle because of a faulty device that a private company supplied, and I really could have gotten into issues. Mike and his team were there for me the whole way- on the phone with the company’s tech support for hours on my behalf, performing various services for my vehicle that went without issue or delay, and just being all around great and genuine people. Whenever I had a question he was always there to answer my call. 10/10 would recommend Audio Planet to all of my friends. Thank you Mike!!!

I purchased a Kenwood audio system and a rear view camera for my 2005 Dodge Durango, a year later I had a problem with the rear view camera not showing up on my radio’s monitor. I scheduled an appointment to service it with AP and they finished the service in half a day and there was no charge. These folks are really professional and care about their work and their customers. What else could you ask for? Highly recommended!
