The guy was easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about locks and door issues. We had him re-key our locks in a new house and fix the latch in our old house. He was on time and costs were as advertised. I would definitely use Carrillo Security & Locksmith again. Hardworking and good staff!

Hardworking and good staff! I finished shopping at the supermarket and as I was loading the car, the car door got shut and the keys closed inside. The supermarket manager calmed me down and called Carrillo Security & Locksmith. They arrived in a short time and opened the car door. There was no damage. The price was certainly reasonable. The supermarket manager said he was always working with Carrillo Security & Locksmith because they are efficient and fast. And so was the service I received from them.

I was locked out of my apartment and Darren was here in 20 minutes. He was absolutely fantastic; professional yet friendly and most importantly he was able to open a door that a previous locksmith failed to. 100% satisfaction! Comes highly recommended!

I'd give this company 6 stars if I could. From the original installation to the ongoing servicing, the service has been exceptional. They make it easy with personal calls to schedule servicing, and a tech who is familiar with our system. They were so helpful in answering my questions. I definitely recommend having a maintenance agreement so you don't miss the regular service dates.

Stanly at Premium Home Service saved me almost 400 dollars that overhead door company tried to steal from me for parts I didn’t even need. He was so outgoing, authentic and professional! I HIGHLY recommend B&W. My Door was rectified in around 45 minutes which was so efficient! Thumbs up!

We highly recommend Empire Elevators By J&J for all of your elevator service and repair! I called them on a Friday morning- thinking we wouldn't be able to get our elevator fixed until Monday. To my delight they showed up right over and had our elevator fixed by noon on Saturday- at a fair price. Great service and would not hesitate to recommend!!!
