I feel incredibly misled. When I called the place to schedule a technician to come because I was locked out of the vehicle, they said it would be 29$ for him to come out. I said that was great and scheduled the service for ASAP. When he arrived and told me how much it would be he said 199, and I repeated, you mean 19.99 right? And he said no, one hundred and ninety nine, that 29 was just to have him come out. PLUS, he was not wearing a mask. While he did open my car door very quickly, I feel scammed out of a lot of money, and taken advantage of while being in a tight spot.

Bought copy of Fob and an extra copy. Machine didn’t dispense second key so I called sustainer service. Quickly answered phone and fixed the problem for me. Works perfectly ! Very happy!

This is a super convenient way to duplicate house keys. We recently bought a new home and needed additional keys. I saw the kiosk in the local Vons grocery store, and decided to give it a try. Very easy to use, and the duplicate keys are excellent. I also enjoyed the different images available for the head of the duplicate keys.
