Called them yesterday (June 10th) not only could we not unlock our car with our remote key but it was my sons graduation so you can imagine the stress I was under. Had about 40 minutes to get there, called two other places and they were no help or left me on hold 😤 once I came across Day & Nighy Security Lock not only were they helpful but they got someone in less than 20 minutes didn’t catch his name but he was so quick, like seconds quick.
