I drive over 10 miles to this establishment and called ahead and told them I will be there in a couple of hours to get a duplicate key made for my Kia Sorento. Not only did I call several times and nobody answered, I waited over an hour and the place was close even tho it said it closes at 2pm. I got there at exactly 12:48pm. Called the manager. Said someone will be there in 10 minutes. NOBODY SHOWED!! Yes they quoted me a good price but yall lost a customer before I even had a chance to try them

Professional, Punctual, Quality Service!!!!!!!!!!! Keyway Lock & Security team was very responsive and professional. The entire team was awesome, from the gentleman at the 79th street store to the administrative assistant that took down the information; to coordinate the whole process. The owner himself came out. He was very nice and polite. He replaced my car keys in less than15 minutes. I would definitely recommend Keyway Lock and Security anytime!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
