BEST SERVICE EVER!!! Willis Security was prompt, friendly, cost conscious, and to say he is knowledgeable would be such an understatement. Did all the work on my front door for a great fee. He explained what he would do, and what he did. He also managed to save the door knob and avoid re-keying. Great people!

Nestled in the heart of South Holland, this small hardware store is the perfect place for locals to get all those small diy and garden tools without having to frequent large chain stores like Home Depot Lowes and Menards. I know they saved me a couple of times from having to take a long drive.. So I Support Small Shops ! 🥰 because they are necessary...

The kiosk walked me through the steps well enough that I understood what to do. The copy worked well. I thought the key was a bit pricey, but I did appreciate getting the second key at a discount price.

Terrible. Tried to rip me off and once they seen i wasn't going for it, he changed the price saying he couldn't re key my locks, goes to his vehicle and comes back to tell me he had to go back to the office to get his equipment I sent him on his way rip off artists STAY AWAY FROM them

Very good experience first time ever using this. I'm use to walking in and handing someone the key and they do it for me . But this was very quick and easy the keys came out very good.
