We had an issue at our office where we couldn’t get into an essential room because the lock tumbler randomly broke! It was on a Friday (because of course)- but Larry made sure we were taken care of by noon that day. He was prompt to respond, extremely professional, explained the issue so we could understand, and was a great value. Highly recommend this business! I work for a maintenance company that requires me to get locks re-keyed now and then. I really like how fast they are. I also like using their door locks more so than buying them from a hardware store as for some reason I never have to fight getting the screws in. The customer service is fantastic they carry some hard to find latches that I've had to replace. Also if your looking for something better than WD40 try using Tru-Flow which works way better for door locks, its allot more expensive but I will never use anything but that from now on.
