Enzo was excellent to work with! I had a lot of doors to rekey and 2 types of locks and he helped with all of those changes. We also installed a digital lock which we love so far. Best part: I Spoke with him beforehand and he recommended a better digital lock before our appointment. I was able to return the digital lock I had previously purchased that would not last long term and purchased the new lock he recommended instead. We also have old doors that we wanted to preserve and he rekeyed it without any damage to the doors! Overall, high quality service and our home is secure.

The dead bolt on one of our doors wouldn't close. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and got scheduled for 1 the next day. Enzo called me 9:15 Wednesday morning to ask if he could come early. Ten minutes later he was there, analyzed the problem, made a readjustment of the existing hardware and was finished in less than 20 minutes. Excellent service, professionally done. I'll definitely use these folks again if the need arises.

Tri-County lock had to come out twice, and both times they were on-time and professional. The first time, they recommended that I get new locks but weren’t pushy. Since the old ones were from the 70s and an old brand, I decided to go with the advice and have them come back. Although installing took longer than they expected, they stayed over time and made sure that all the doors closed and latched properly and that I was satisfied. I highly recommend this service.
