We couldn't remove the key or lock the front door since it looked to turn 180 degrees with the key in. We contacted this business, who arrived within an hour, changed our front door lock, and also evaluated and changed our back door lock, which was beginning to cause us problems.

😫 2 different key machines at Home Depot and they didn't have the 🔑 to copy. Went to Menards and this machine was not only quick and efficient but offered a variety of choices. Paid at the machine and out the 🚪!😊

The whole experience was easy. I used their machine at my local Menard's. The key came through the mail as promised.

I was skeptical of the Kiosk method for key duplicating, but i thought I'd give it a try. I made multiple copies, and ALL copies worked flawlessly (that's better than I usually get at the hardware store!)
