I walked out the door to go for a run and realized as soon as the door shut behind me that I was locked out. I Googled, called, and Alex said "I'll be there in 20 minutes." That was music to a desperate guy's ears. He was here in 20 minutes, got into my apartment with some interesting tools, didn't damage anything and didn't cost as much as I would have paid.
