I did not buy anything from them but called regarding a key my daughter broke for an electronic lock in her friends apartment. They were very patient and helpful providing us with the information we needed to get the key replaced. Even though I didn't have to use them - if I ever need a locksmith in Grand Junction - I'm calling these guys.

I was charged $65 to gain access into my vehicle. I'm very disappointed that the price wasn't negotiated before the service was provided. Had I have known I would have taken care of it myself using a coathanger and some minutes of my time. I feel taken advantage of and quite discontent. For the 10 minutes of work and the ease I could have felt better with $20, but $65 is unreasonable. If you're ever locked out of your car call me and I'll get you in for $40

Great customer service. I had an old safe the the battery died and the key nowhere to be found. Very helpful in trying to get it open.

Able to get the key made as I waited. They made sure that I knew how to program the key myself, and said that if it didn't work, that they'd be happy to help me fix the issue.

They are okay. Not their fault they couldn't get my key to program the young man that helped me the second trip was pleasant. Everyone else did not have very good customer service skills.
