I did not buy anything from them but called regarding a key my daughter broke for an electronic lock in her friends apartment. The guys at J Lock and Key are top notch. I had to cut a custom car key (was brass but had a fancy head) and Steve took the time to make sure he had the right key code and tested it on a blank first. He then cut my fancy key and it came out correct. These guys are top professionals.
