They were amazing when we needed a key for my daughter's Ford explorer

I did not buy anything from them but called regarding a key my daughter broke for an electronic lock in her friends apartment. They were very patient and helpful providing us with the information we needed to get the key replaced. Even though I didn't have to use them - if I ever need a locksmith in Grand Junction - I'm calling these guys.

I was charged $65 to gain access into my vehicle. I'm very disappointed that the price wasn't negotiated before the service was provided. Had I have known I would have taken care of it myself using a coathanger and some minutes of my time. I feel taken advantage of and quite discontent. For the 10 minutes of work and the ease I could have felt better with $20, but $65 is unreasonable. If you're ever locked out of your car call me and I'll get you in for $40

I always can count on their staff to give me good advice on products. Very knowledgeable and helpful, and their prices are good as well.

When I asked the serviceman at the small engine counter to see if they had a fuel valve he refused, saying, "I don't have time to go through them all." I had the fittings needed along with me, but no model number. He said, "I need the make and model." The generator I'm working on HAS no make or model #, as the faceplate is worn off. He basically refused to meet the needs of the customer, even though he could've done it. BOO. Last time I shop there.

Love this store! It amazes me that you can find anything and everything you need in this little building when you can't find it at any of the big box stores!! It's like magic!!! I would be lost without them!!

Good selection, friendly assistance. I definitely prefer spending money at local stores vs the big box places.
