We needed a new fridge pronto. Walked into appliance dept. We were told by a male associate that we’d need to apply for Lowe’s card, which he said we’d have to go to front of store to apply. No problem. On our way there, a female associate named Debbie found us and asked that we come back to Appliances where she’d help us with application. Debbie turned out to be the most amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, fun and valuable person we have ever met!!!! She helped with application, answered all of our questions, and made us so comfortable, that we bought a new range too!! Please extend our thanks and appreciation to Debbie (Nichols),as she made an otherwise, frustrating event into a pleasant experience. She is truly an MVP!! Absolutely horrible. Called for locksmith assistance. Kept giving me the run-around and telling me that the technician would call me back. I called several times and the same thing. No response, total waste of time. Edit: I've noticed you sent a reply asking me to contact you back. I appreciate that but I'm not going to do that. Just take this as a learning lesson and try to strive for better service next time. I cancelled another guy for you guys because I was originally told you'd be there sooner and you never showed and everytime I called I kept getting the run-around. Now I have to wait until tomorrow and hope my car doesn't get towed. It was a big inconvenience for me, just try to do better with your future clients.
