I couldn't get in my van opened so I called Poteat's and they gave me a number to call!!I called and he said it would be about 45 minutes before he got there and he was on time and very polite !! It took him about 2 minutes or less to unlock my van, I would suggest Poteat's to anyone who needs that kind of service!!!

Super fast, courteous, and professional. I was locked out of my house and ended up getting a new door knob. This man knows what he’s doing like no one I’ve ever seen. On time, had everything in his van, VERY reasonably priced, especially considering it was after 7 pm! Hickory is darn lucky to have someone this proficient on call after hours.
