Decent service and all three of the copies I had made worked but WAY overpriced. Roughly 4x the price of going to a store that has a conventional key cutting machine. But using Minute Key was the only option I had at the time so it's the choice I was stuck with.

I used the Minute Key machine at my local Lowe's Hardware store and It was a very fast and convenient machine to use I needed 3 keys made and the job was done very well. My only dislike was not having a lot of key choices to choose from to make my keys but overall a great experience !!

Tried to make a key at the entrance machine but there is never any blanks to fit my house key, it seems. Other than that, it's a clean place with nice and courteous employees.
