I made several copies of two separate keys. I’ve tested 3 of the keys. One key does not work well. It is difficult to turn. How do I get that taken care of? I still need to test 3 additional keys. Jeanne If I can get the bad key replaced easily, I will change my rating.

My son had accidentally locked us out of the car as we were about to go to the Resch Aquatic center. Everything was in there including my phone 🙄. Thankfully I was able to use someone's phone to call around to find a locksmith. I had called a few places but either no one answered or they weren't able to come out for a few hours. KeyMe were the only ones who answered immediately and able to send someone out to us right away. Unfortunately I forgot the person's name I talked to on the phone but he was very professional and friendly took down all my information and had someone sent out to my location immediately. I highly recommend this company and if I ever get into this situation again (I hope not) they will be the first ones I'll call!
