It was convenient, but we paid $9.50 for a basic house key, so kind of pricey. My husband said there was nowhere to enter the discount code we had when he was checking out.

I will never in my life use any service from this place again. The con artist I witnessed was appalling. They attempted to hustle me out of an additional $100 for no reason, insisted I was wasting their time, and gave me a generic invoice that does not provide the company or technician name.

It was easy and relatively inexpensive -- my one key cost about $6.50. The lady ahead of me said she had trouble understanding the kiosk instructions, but I no problems at all. The kiosk did not have the right kind of blank for me, so KeyMe had to make it in their shop and mail it to me. It arrived about four days later and worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend KeyMe services.
