Really crappy self service MACHINE. An Automated Machine which was not able to duplicate my key. It says "We are adding new key duplication capabilities to our Machine". A complete waste of trip to Wal Mart.

Can't believe how easy and how well this worked. No more trips to the hardware store. Make duplicate keys at my local grocery store.

I was able to get one of two keys processed. The other one I went to Home Depot and I was upset as it was $7.00 cheaper had I went to Home Depot to do the first key. I could have had both keys cut for $ 4.76. Sometimes the easy way out does not always pay.

I had two keys copied. One worked great, the other not at all. When I reported that one key failed I was provided with an immediate refund - that was excellent!

Used Multiple Times and was unable to copy a basic door key, was issued a refund and it has yet to post on my credit card statement. It's fast and convenient but didn't work on either key I was issued.
