The man that came to help us was very unprofessional and gave us an extremely high quote that was far from the one we received from the dispatcher. When we brought up the high amount, he immediately became defense and rude. We were trying to understand how it was so high but he was not able to communicate effectively. He started coming up with strange responses and seemed nervous (like a scam). He then immediately dropped the price but due to his manic behavior I was frightened to work with him. He got in his car, yelled something out his window and drove off. We called another company that was responsible and kind to work with. I would strongly advise not working with this company.

Absolutely horrendous customer service! I called the number listed on their website to get estimates for a local commercial project that needed some work done. I was told I called the emergency line and was hung up on after asking for a number to contact the main office. I called the number back and expressed that I understood it was an emergency line but that there was no reason to rudely hang up on a customer that wants your business and again asked for another number to get a quote form the main office. The lady on the other end proceeded to then ask me questions regarding the job that I needed done, after just hanging up on me moments later! I was able to find another number through Google and called that, I get another representative again lacking any form of customer service skills. I explained my situation and asked for a manager. I was then asked why I needed to speak with a manager after I had just explained my experience with their emergency line! The representative then proceeded to ask me if I was calling to complain or get service, I stated I was calling to do both, and the rep told me that I was only calling to complain and gave no assistance in helping me get to a manager.

We inadvertently locked our Jeep key in the center console. After talking to at least 15 locksmiths and the Jeep dealership we realized that the chance of getting the key out without having to buy a new laser cut key was slim. Adam, from Upkeep, really saved the day. He picked the lock, got the keys out, and along the way made my day by his positive attitude, excitement about his trade, and general happiness. Hopefully I don’t lock my keys in the car, or need them programmed in the future, but if I do I will call Adam before anyone else.

I had an amazing experience with this service! I had to get a new key for my Lexus and within 24 hours someone was in contact with me and within 2 days they were at my home with my replacement key! It was efficient, super easy and the technician who helped me, Adam, was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!

Phenomenal customer service! Very polite and informative over the phone. Adam called just a few minutes after our call to get a key fob programmed for our car to confirm the address and provide an ETA which was very accurate! Once he arrived he called to let us know, and got it done in just a few minutes! Blown away! One of the nicest people I’ve ever met and though I hope I don’t run into this issue again, I would call Upkeep in an instant and be confident that our problem will be solved quickly, kindly, and also affordable. Amazing!
