Used Multiple Times and was unable to copy a basic door key, was issued a refund and it has yet to post on my credit card statement. It's fast and convenient but didn't work on either key I was issued.

I was able to get one of two keys processed. The other one I went to Home Depot and I was upset as it was $7.00 cheaper had I went to Home Depot to do the first key. I could have had both keys cut for $ 4.76. Sometimes the easy way out does not always pay.

I had two keys copied. One worked great, the other not at all. When I reported that one key failed I was provided with an immediate refund - that was excellent!

Easy to use machine and never had any issues with the copies. Only problem is there was 1 that was only 1 minute drive away from my house but it's no longer there. I now have to drive about 15 minutes.
