Phenomenal customer service! Very polite and informative over the phone. Adam called just a few minutes after our call to get a key fob programmed for our car to confirm the address and provide an ETA which was very accurate! Once he arrived he called to let us know, and got it done in just a few minutes! Blown away! One of the nicest people I’ve ever met and though I hope I don’t run into this issue again, I would call Upkeep in an instant and be confident that our problem will be solved quickly, kindly, and also affordable. Tried getting a key copied at hardware supply store for an old truck without success. Found a keyme kiosk at a grocery store and a few days later received a key that looks like new (i.e. sharp points much more pronounced than the one used to copy which were all worn down).

They are a joke !! $225-250 quoted to break a PADLOCK ($10.00 Worth). Tech would travel 10 minutes to our location and would take 3 minutes to break the padlock who did not even know what padlock is. Then service centered contacted and re-quoted $195.00.
