Used Multiple Times and was unable to copy a basic door key, was issued a refund and it has yet to post on my credit card statement. It's fast and convenient but didn't work on either key I was issued.

I was able to get one of two keys processed. The other one I went to Home Depot and I was upset as it was $7.00 cheaper had I went to Home Depot to do the first key. I could have had both keys cut for $ 4.76. Sometimes the easy way out does not always pay.

Wow. Talk about professional staff. Walked in to inquire about having a key cut (with a chip on my shoulder) and left with everything I needed to know, and smiling. Dustin took the initiative to greet me upon entry, listen to my backstory and questions, answer my questions, provide solution options, WORE HIS MASK, and not ONCE did I feel rushed or pressured into anything. Needless to say, the level of customer service, knowledge, and common courtesy that Dustin provided has ENSURED my patronage. Basically, the exact opposite of my experience at KeyMe.
