Phenomenal customer service! Very polite and informative over the phone. Adam called just a few minutes after our call to get a key fob programmed for our car to confirm the address and provide an ETA which was very accurate! Once he arrived he called to let us know, and got it done in just a few minutes! Blown away! One of the nicest people I’ve ever met and though I hope I don’t run into this issue again, I would call Upkeep in an instant and be confident that our problem will be solved quickly, kindly, and also affordable. I initially wrote a bad review but I’m updating with new information. They had issues re-programming my auto remote which I was able to quickly get reprogrammed at a different locksmith. They charged me $20 for their attempt which I totally disagreed with. I left and called them a few days later and explained that the remote was easily programmed by another locksmith and they quickly refunded my money. Overall they were very nice and completed the work however I was not happy that I had to pay for something that didn’t work initially
