I have a swinging balcony door that has been very difficult to open and close. Over the last year, I have consulted 3 different locksmith and door repair companies to try and figure out why this door was so difficult and how to fix it. The first two companies that I worked with told me the door was repairable but they had no idea what was wrong. The third company that I called told me that the latches on the door needed to be replaced and the parts were likely a custom order. I called The Flying Locksmith because I wanted a second opinion. The office staff was friendly and helpful when I called to schedule an appointment. The locksmith was on-time, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. It the locksmith 30 minutes to diagnosis and fix the door. My difficult balcony door was a 30 minute project that I have wasted a cumulative 5+ hours trying to find someone to fix it.
