We inadvertently locked our Jeep key in the center console. After talking to at least 15 locksmiths and the Jeep dealership we realized that the chance of getting the key out without having to buy a new laser cut key was slim. Adam, from Upkeep, really saved the day. He picked the lock, got the keys out, and along the way made my day by his positive attitude, excitement about his trade, and general happiness. Hopefully I don’t lock my keys in the car, or need them programmed in the future, but if I do I will call Adam before anyone else.

Phenomenal customer service! Very polite and informative over the phone. Adam called just a few minutes after our call to get a key fob programmed for our car to confirm the address and provide an ETA which was very accurate! Once he arrived he called to let us know, and got it done in just a few minutes! Blown away!
