Dustin took the initiative to greet me upon entry, listen to my backstory and questions, answer my questions, provide solution options, WORE HIS MASK, and not ONCE did I feel rushed or pressured into anything. Needless to say, the level of customer service, knowledge, and common courtesy that Dustin provided has ENSURED my patronage. Basically, the exact opposite of my experience at KeyMe.
