I made a key in your key machine. I've used y'all several times before. It's just so easy and convenient. And y'all have some cute keys available. This time my key didn't work. I promptly received a refund online. I appreciate being able to trust y'all to make good keys. Even though there isn't a person at the machine.

I went to the store with 4 locks to be rekeys. When I called they said they will take 5 mins per lock. When I reached the store they said 20-25 mins for all the 4 locks. I waited for 1.5 hours. Eventually left with 2 locks rekeyed. For the rest 2 they did not. After 3 days and multiple calls later I was given 2 locks in parts. They broke the lock and did not even care. I tried talk to the owner and I am told owner comes once a week and they are not allowed to call him. I requested call back which never happened. Very bad service. I would not recommend to anyone.
