My van battery died. I looked up Battery + and searched for the battery for my van. Decided which one to purchase, signed up for newsletters for 10% coupon, went through the purchasing process and received the email with my order number. I arrived onsite with the old battery. Checked out from the store and it was done. Installed the new battery and I was on my way. It was a good experience. Thank you, Mike

I would highly recommend coming to Batteries Plus Bulbs if you have a mobile device that needs to be repaired. The workers are always so friendly, helpful and prompt with their service. I've had an ipad and two phone screens repaired by them. I've never had a problem with them and their repairs are excellent.

Was in this store and as soon as we walked in they asked us if we had masks. I had one and put it on immediately as requested. However my friend who has a medical condition and a letter from his doctor stating that he cannot wear a mask. The two on shift told him to go outside and didn't even ask for his medical card or show compassion for my friend. They laughed at him and talked trash about him while he was outside in front of me, maybe not realizing I was with him. They refused him service once I called them out on their behavior towards my friend. I understand a businesses right to refuse someone service.. However, there is a law about discriminating against someone with a disability. Even when my friend followed their instructions to go outside they still refused him service and behaved inappropriately. Customer service is not a priority at this location. They lost a sale of $120 for a motorcycle battery. They were very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Sad to see people behave this way to someone that has medical conditions.
