A friend had a very old safe which was unlocked but had an unknown combination. Due to the weight of the unit, we removed the door and transported it by truck to Russell Safesmith. The combination was changed without ever having to remove it from the truck and it was done professionally, with a good sense of humor, and at a very fair price. In all regards, a true artisan and perfectionist.

I had a gate lock, the key broke off inside the lock. Couldn't get it out, I even bought a lock pick set. Took the lock off and in to Wizard. A few minutes and 5 bucks later I am a happy man. 😊
