A friend had a very old safe which was unlocked but had an unknown combination. Due to the weight of the unit, we removed the door and transported it by truck to Russell Safesmith. The combination was changed without ever having to remove it from the truck and it was done professionally, with a good sense of humor, and at a very fair price. In all regards, a true artisan and perfectionist.

I google searched for a local locksmith and called this outfit after getting an answering service from a competitor. Bob Saxton arrived the next day per plan. He changed a lock on a door while still allowing our existing master key to remain operational. He made six duplicates for us, in his van, and was in and out of here in less than hour. Better yet, he submitted an invoice several days later that was more than reasonable. I highly recommend them and won't hesitate to call them should the need arise.

Oh my goodness, I feel so fortunate to have found this store! I was locked out of the main part of my OLD secretary desk after a move. The key I had didn't work anymore. The gentleman here suggested I try another key that he sold to me. Also, he said if that didn't work he'd make a key from one of the open locks I had access to...when I got home I tried the new key and it opened immediately. Thank you!!!!
