While the keys were shallow, and not de-burred, they did their job and opened the doors. The interface on the KeyMe could be a little clearer as to when to remove the key, etc. I presumed when the lighted ring round the key receptacle turned off, that it was time to remove the key. When it turned back on, I worried I had botched it by pulling the key, but again at the end of the day it worked. It was pretty quick and easy.

Nadav was great. Showed up in the window he said he would. Called me 15 mins before he arrived as he said he would. The installation exposed a hole that wasn't previously visible which he told me would be the case and then when I wanted to proceed, he recommended the best way to fix the hole, which I did in no time flat. Great service all around.

My experience with Pioeneer was fantastic! We needed to have our house doors re-keyed because the keys had been lost.
