The tech came to my house and damaged my lock and couldn't make a key I was told to buy a new lock by the dispatcher and they would send someone out to put it on for free. It never happened the new text came out and didn't know anything about repairing my locks for free. Called the dispatcher again and was fuzzed out and told I couldn't prove they tech did it. But I have lots of prove he even went next door to my house and got more keys made because he messed up the job so bad and now the dispatcher don't answer my call. 😡 I'm waiting for BBB to call me back now

I was locked out of my apartment a few days ago. Key Me was the first company that returned on my Google search. I called and was dispatched to a locksmith who arrived in less than 20 minutes. The locksmith(forgot his name) went over the process and pricing before he started. 10 minutes later we were back in our house without any damage to our lock or door. The service was a bit pricey, but the quick service made up for the cost.
