Keys were perfect. I would say they're a bit expensive, but it saves some time and possible frustration dealing with having keys made by people. In this case I didn't need to drive a couple miles or more to the hardware store.

Expensive, you are paying for the convenience, about 2X what you would pay in a hardware store or to a human key maker. You have to pay more than a dollar extra for them to brush the burrs off! Which a human does for you for free in about 10 secs with a wire brush.

Called last night because I was locked out of my apartment. They transferred me to a local locksmith (did not tell me what company.) The technician quoted me at $189, got a receipt about an hour later for $258. Called the same number back right afterward and left a message to try and see why I was over charged. They called me back this afternoon and claimed they didn’t have the work order, that I must have called another company. I have their number in my call log from last night. They transferred me to an affiliate because they said they must have the work order. They did not. I feel scammed. Would not recommend using this company.
