I do NOT recommend these kiosks. I tried two different kiosks in two different stores and neither came close to correctly duplicating a standard Qwikset key. You had one job and failed miserably. Stick with your local hardware store or locksmith.

Man was I in a hurry and in a strange pocket of Oakland and Google Maps brought up this "kiosk" location inside a Safeway that was 1 minute away that cut keys (Locksmith speak for grinding/filing away at the metallic key "blank" creating the teeth of the business end of a key) and I rushed over. Once inside I spotted a row of different vending machines and spotted the KeyMe sign and instinctively entered the key I needed matched...and dang me if I didn't have 3 perfect copies about 6 minutes later. And I got the third key for free. Not bad for this part of the .Universe

The woman who works here was super friendly and quick with the copying. The price is affordable and I would so much rather support a local small business over one of these corporate joints. Will definitely be getting all my keys copied here from now on and you should too!
