The woman who works here was super friendly and quick with the copying. The price is affordable and I would so much rather support a local small business over one of these corporate joints. Will definitely be getting all my keys copied here from now on and you should too!

Really easy experience; since I already made a copy of my key using the service in the past, I just needed my email and finger print. Boom. Unlike keys we've made in the past, they're solid and work perfect, all five or so keys we've had made. Hardware store keys we've bought in the past 20 years or so either didn't always open the door, or they were too soft and would bend. I'm guessing hardware stores have improved in that way, but why go all the way out there when you can just use this kiosk?

Quick and convenient. In the future I will always get the titanium keys because they seem to get better polished. The brass key I got had bits of shaved metal attached. The keys work very well.

I wish I could put negative stars. Worst service ever. Their vending machine "wasn't properly set up" and my key fell into this machine. Yes, their customer service picks up a phone almost immediately, but they are useless. I was promised to be called back in 10 minutes - they never did. My key was recovered the next day and Safeway staff lost it. I will never use their kiosks again. UPD. I will not give you a call back - don't try to show that you care. You don't.

Price is higher than most places but the convenience factor helps make up for the price being double what a lock smith would charge.

Was sorry at first I had to wait for the MLB keys, but they arrived very quickly and were in excellent condition. The keys I made at the kiosk also came out perfectly.
