Doug the owner is an absolute expert; you'll be hard pressed to find a better locksmith shop in eastern CT. Changing every single lock in our new home, plus installing a burglary bar on a sliding door took about an hour, and Doug took the time to make sure we were happy with the final product. Highly recommend!

A nice place with a lot of useful stuff. It's clean inside and the staff is friendly. They also have little kiosks offering local products which I always appreciate.

Tom, who helped me with a tree purchase, was very friendly and gracious, and the woman who signed me up for the loyalty program and rang me up was also friendly and courteous. Nice staff, great selection.
