I've locked myself out of my car more times than I can count, and lost my spare key several months ago. I had to pay an arm and a leg for a locksmith to open the door the last time. I had two spare keys made in a retail store, neither of which worked even to open the lock on the door. Doug the owner is an absolute expert; you'll be hard pressed to find a better locksmith shop in eastern CT. Changing every single lock in our new home, plus installing a burglary bar on a sliding door took about an hour, and Doug took the time to make sure we were happy with the final product. Highly recommend!
