Had me wait to get my car unlocked for three different technicians each saying it's be 45 minutes. I've ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours before them telling me again it'll be 34 minutes. I finally called the police department. Businesses like these should not exist especially because they knew my dog was in the car as well and it is 25 degrees outside not only are they negligent and unprofessional but they don't care about the customers

I had my house key copied at a hardware store and it did not work. I saw this kiosk and figured why not give it a try although I had my doubts.This key worked perfectly.

I got 3 keys made and only 1 of the keys worked. I was able to get a full refund while keeping the one key that did work. Great company that backs their products. It's a shame that some keys didn't work. The price is also really high compared to Home Depot. They have a machine called KeyHero that works the same way as KeyMe. You do not need to have the original. It's all saved digitally.
