I was told the service call was $20, and to unlock the Door was $20 and up, it took the technician 5 minutes to open both locks, I was charged $120!!!

The locksmith who came to help was named Gal and he was fast and professional. They were here in 25 minutes! Great service! They are very pricey though - $249 for a bottom lock to be opened for my apartment. A real steep price to pay for forgetting your keys. But what can ya do!

Called to see about repairing my broken car key. Guy was very short and condescending. He said it wouldn't be possible to fix the remote part of my car key...but would be able to create a new car key without my remote for $275. I thought that was too expensive. Might as well go to my dealership to pay $200 for a new key WITH a new remote. Called another local locksmith. Very helpful. Sent a picture of my key. After they reviewed the damage...They confirmed they are able to repair BOTH the remote and key for $85. I wouldn't recommend this place based on the pricing and rudness of the representative I spoke with.
