Fast and very convenient. A lot more expensive than say a nig box store, but for me, on this occasion, the convenience over-rode the cost. Plus, I got one free identical key if I paid for 2.

I was told the service call was $20, and to unlock the Door was $20 and up, it took the technician 5 minutes to open both locks, I was charged $120!!!

They actually moved down the street from their old location (which is now a Starbucks). No one knows why Google decided "not to verify this edit" if they knew that Smith's Lock and Safe moved down the street.
