The keys arrived in a few days. They work, but only with some effort. There were burrs on both keys. Kind of sloppy work.

I was told the service call was $20, and to unlock the Door was $20 and up, it took the technician 5 minutes to open both locks, I was charged $120!!!

Called late night for a neighbor who was locked out and was called back by Richard Wagner who was supposed to be dispatched to my building. He gave the MOST attitude, Refused to give an estimate, and recommended we call someone else with no reason given other than his piss poor attitude and refusal to do his job. The customer service representative who answered the phone was kind. But I hope no one who’s in dire need ever has to speak to someone as rude and careless as Richard.

Very unimpressed with the timelines and communication of this business. Was told an eta of 15-25; and talking to the tech; but after my third call at 45 minutes still no has actually called and the operator actually hung up on me without contacting the tech for me “the tech will call you shortly@ This is way too stressful for sitting out on my downtown porch in the cold .
