The keys arrived in a few days. They work, but only with some effort. There were burrs on both keys. Kind of sloppy work.

I was told the service call was $20, and to unlock the Door was $20 and up, it took the technician 5 minutes to open both locks, I was charged $120!!!

At the Walmart entry way. It was easy to follow the directions, fast and cheap. It offered more copies at a cheaper rate after the purchase was made. I like the keys with design prints on them for easy identity.

It was fine for copying my apartment key but it did not copy my mailbox key well. I went to a locksmith to copy the mailbox key instead. The workmanship of the key was okay but the key teeth felt a bit rough and sharp. I think I would've preferred going to a locksmith for my key duplications and supporting their business instead.
