Locked myself out after changing the cylinder. Called Nova, Alex got to the house soon after I called, yadda yadda yadda, I'm back in my home. Quick, easy, friendly. I hope to never need Nova again, but I'd recommend Nova to anyone.

Called them for a kwikset reem cylnder, the most basic thing a locksmith shop should have...they dont have it and it seems they have almost no clue even what it is. Sorry, 2 stars...not gonna try them again thats for sure

Last night my wife locked her car keys in her trunk on accident while getting her gym bag out. She called me and I then called Hermosa Lock and Safe. This was around 630 pm. I explained the situation to Frank on the phone and He was at our location in about 20 minutes and was able to get into the trunk of the car and get the keys. I have been a customer for many years and would never use another Locksmith. He is a pro and a really nice guy. I would highly recommend.
