Locked myself out after changing the cylinder. Called Nova, Alex got to the house soon after I called, yadda yadda yadda, I'm back in my home. Quick, easy, friendly. I hope to never need Nova again, but I'd recommend Nova to anyone.

Our 2012 van needed new keys. We went to the dealership where they cut new keys that didn’t work and wanted us to pay $700 to change the locks. Freddy cut and programmed perfect keys at a fraction of the cost. He was friendly, professional and fast! Great service from Redmond’s.
