I was told the service call was $20, and to unlock the Door was $20 and up, it took the technician 5 minutes to open both locks, I was charged $120!!!

Dishonest and exploitative! They charged $29 to come to our home, and when arrived, they asked $170 to pick a lock (more if they need to drill-open it). Picking a lock takes less than 10 min for them, and they refused to give any price on a phone to open kids' bedroom inside the house.
