One other review said this is the "go to" lock shop in Madison - they were absolutely right. Professional, honest, and reasonably priced. I live about 40 minutes away and won't use anyone else - definitely worth the drive!

Do not recommend purchasing locks here. They sold me a lock for over twice what I would have paid on Amazon and refused to lower the price. Naturally this did not come up until they had already rekeyed the lock. I understand that they need to make a profit, but their price ($249) versus the internet ($95) was egregious.

Got locked out of car. They said they could have someone out in 2 hours. 1 1/2 hours later they arrived. Only took a few minutes to unlock my car, didn't try to upcharge me or anything. Overall happy with the service.

The first time I got my key copied it did not work. I responded to their “how’d you new key ...” email. They wrote back in a day and refunded my money. The second time I had the key made it worked fine.
