AAA called Finish Line to change a flat tire. AAA insisted the car be towed in because I ?might" have locking lug nuts, I had no idea what these were and a second call to AAA resulted in a suggestion that I ask tow driver (James S.) if he could change the tire. He was very agreeable and did the job in no time at all. He couldn't have been more friendly and agreeable. I'd go with Finish Line Towing for needs in the future.

First off, the gentleman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. There was amazing communication between the dispatcher, the tow guy (Darnell), and my husband and I. Darnell was amazing and extremely friendly. I can't appreciate the guys that helped us enough. Made our horrible day just a little brighter. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help along the road. Thanks Darnell!!

Austin went above and beyond just giving me a battery jump start. Austin offered and went to the SuperWalmart with me, so I could buy a new battery. Then, he took the time to put the battery in for me since it wasn’t busy at his work. I appreciated him and thanked him a few times.

Last night I stopped to help a young woman who's tire had blown out on her car. She did not have a car jack and she had her young infant son with her. Andrew with Finish Line Towing happened to drive by and stopped to see if she needed any assistance. Andrew was able to get her up and tire changed in minutes. He even gave her $20 out of his own pocket to help her out. Wish there were more people like him out there.
